Freek is an entrepreneurial tax lawyer who seeks the best business solutions for his clients. It is a pleasure to work with him. He also teaches tax law at the highest level in the Netherlands and he does that with vigor.
Freek Snel heeft een ruime ervaring met advisering op het gebied van internationaal belastingrecht, inclusief Europees belastingrecht, grensoverschrijdende investeringen en grensoverschrijdende investeringsstructuren.
Hij volgde in 1997 de post academische opleiding “Europese Fiscale Studies” in Rotterdam. Ook in zijn proefschrift en andere publicaties besteedde hij ruim aandacht aan internationale fiscale vraagstukken.
Hij is sinds 2005 redacteur van het onderdeel Internationaal Belastingrecht van NDFR, Nederlandse Documentatie Fiscaal Recht.
